Use, ownership and licences
Unless stated otherwise, original text, images, design and software on this site belong to its operator. Game names and assets, third-party libraries, images and audio remain subject to their owners’ terms. Using AI does not confer ownership of someone else’s work or permission to redistribute it.
Use, modification and redistribution follow the LICENSE, bundled documentation, third-party notices and specific permissions for each release. This page does not retroactively withdraw rights or add restrictions to an applicable open-source or other existing licence. Ask the author before reusing material whose permissions are unclear.
You may introduce these projects in videos, streams and articles, commercially or non-commercially. Link to the project page rather than directly to an archive. Do not impersonate the author or claim endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
AI disclosure and developer responsibility
Zakkey’s laboratory uses generative AI for software implementation and revision, writing and translation, and promotional material. The author sets the specifications and direction, reviews and selects outputs, tests and revises the work, and decides what to release. AI use does not replace quality or rights checks.
Project pages disclose AI involvement and reproduce the actual AI tags of their Nexus listings. AI-Generated Content and AI Media are not presented as the more limited AI Assisted category. Promotional art is distinguished from gameplay screenshots and performance evidence. Reported errors in text and translations are reviewed.
The development policy includes debugging, security review, malware scanning of distribution files and testing across environments. This statement and the tags do not certify every release, completion of every test, or compatibility and safety in all environments. Consult each release’s documented checks, requirements and known issues.
Platform rules, AI reuse and derivatives
Nexus listings follow that service’s disclosure, permission, derivative-work and attribution rules, with explanations and settings kept up to date. Nexus gives 2 January 2027 as the transition deadline for its new requirements. The official rules below govern their scope and effective dates.
For GitHub releases, check the actual repository and release licences and terms. Nexus-specific hosting rules are not described as GitHub-wide requirements. An AI tag is neither a licence nor permission for model training, asset reuse or forking.
For another creator’s assets or mods, check the applicable licence or required explicit permission and preserve authorship, source links and credits. Ask the rights holder before AI training, generative processing or publishing derivatives that are not already authorised. Source availability varies by project; not every distributed component is open source.
Privacy and browser storage
Standard server logs may record IP addresses, access times, requested URLs and browser information. These support troubleshooting, abuse prevention and delivery checks. No separate site analytics service is currently installed.
The feedback form stores the category, message, submission time and source IP address on the server. It does not ask for a name, email address or telephone number. Information supports review, improvement and abuse prevention; it is not sold or disclosed except where required by law or necessary for safety. Records are retained as needed for these purposes and removed when no longer necessary.
The form stores its last submission time in localStorage under feedback_last_sent_time for the resend countdown. The editor stores profiles and edits in browser storage. Clearing site data can remove them, so keep separate project exports.
Optional GitHub sign-in and editor reports involve authentication traffic, session management and processing of the reports you choose to submit. Do not include game data, credentials or personal information in reports. No code passes your local game files or event edits to advertising tags.
Advertising, cookies and privacy choices
The site includes Ninja AdMax and Google AdSense tags. They may contact advertising services even when no advert is shown. Providers and partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process IP, browser and access information for delivery and measurement. Advertising and donations are not conditions of use; the editor remains free.
The editor’s AdMax placement loads only in supported regular-browser layouts, not in installed PWA mode or offline. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Use Google’s ad settings and Ninja Tools’ cookie and partner information below to review personalisation and opt-out choices. Browsers can restrict or delete cookies. Where a consent interface is provided, use it to change or withdraw consent. Export edits before clearing site data, which may also remove locally stored projects.
Personalised Google advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland requires applicable consent arrangements, including Google-certified CMP and IAB TCF requirements. Our policy is to keep such personalisation disabled until the necessary configuration is verified. A simple custom cookie notice alone is not treated as proof of compliance.
Feedback and external services
Feedback is a suggestion box, without a promise of an individual reply, adoption, fix or continued maintenance. Do not submit secrets or credentials. For rights and permission enquiries, use the contact options in the author’s public profiles.
Once you visit Nexus Mods, GitHub or another external service, its own privacy, download and usage terms apply. We do not guarantee external content, safety or continued availability.
Project-specific distribution terms
MW packages may include original resources needed by the mod, or third-party resources when redistribution is permitted, with their applicable licences and credits. They do not include complete games or audio, textures or other data without redistribution permission. Project pages and bundled guides identify the legitimate source files and dependencies you need. Local conversion does not grant redistribution rights.
MW Event Editor is available on this site. Playing exported events requires Event Loader and the relevant dependencies. SuperPilot Expansion is paused, FH6 Race Engineer is stopped indefinitely and ZL Modeller V2 is private. Individual terms still apply to existing downloads; updates and support are not guaranteed.
Unofficial status and disclaimer
This site and its mods and tools are unofficial personal projects. They are not operated, approved, sponsored by or affiliated with Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Xbox, Turn 10 Studios, Playground Games, Dopagames, Valve Corporation or other rights holders. Names, trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners.
Use and install at your own risk. Back up your game, settings and saves first. Completeness, accuracy, security, fitness for a particular purpose and compatibility with every environment are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for data loss or other damage arising from use or inability to use these projects. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded.
This page is updated to reflect actual operations, technologies and applicable requirements. Information is provided in Japanese and English; applicable release licences and third-party rights take precedence.
