MW Arcade Drift
Brake into the corner. Slide through Rockport with arcade-style drift handling.

Overview
Steer and brake to start a slide, use the handbrake for extra angle, then counter-steer and straighten up. The mod includes a drift camera, status indicator and per-car profiles. Core works independently; the tuning editor is optional.
Features
- Brake-initiated drifting and handbrake-assisted entries and angle changes.
- An action camera inspired by NFS 2015, independently switchable from drift handling.
- Per-car handling and camera settings. Ctrl+D toggles the mod and reloads saved settings.
- An optional English/Japanese profile editor with simple and advanced tuning. Integrates with drift events in Event Loader 1.1.0.
Requirements & dependencies
- MW 2005 PC and a supported NFSPatcher English 1.3 executable or supported 4GB-patched variant.
- A 32-bit ASI loader. Check the release documentation and GitHub for exact executable hashes.
- Core and the optional tuning Editor are separate downloads.
Installation outline
- Close the game and back up settings and saves.
- Merge Core’s scripts folder into the game folder. Preserve existing profiles and settings during updates.
- Start with in-game Handling tuning. Use the separate Editor if needed; toggle Ctrl+D off and on to reload saved changes.
Limitations & distribution
- This is an arcade interpretation, not an exact recreation of another game’s physics. Tune it for your car and input device.
- The basic Nexus description targets the player vehicle. AI drift integration with Event Loader requires the supported Core and event configuration.
